This is only my second season and I would still call myself a beginner. I had a different board brand and decided to upgrade this year to the Bataleon Spirit. When it arrived, I couldn't believe how lightweight it was, especially in comparison to my old board. The flex feels awesome and the weight (or lack of weight!) is a huge confidence booster on the easy terrain I'm riding. So happy with this purchase!

Read a review that says this holds your hand and keeps your confidence up. That's definitely been my experience as an anxious new rider. No complaints about this board and I'm excited for many more days of fun!

I am a beginner snowboarder and have rented and borrowed a couple of boards prior to buying this one. This one is easily the most fitting for me as it’s very forgiving and I’m still learning. I can imagine I’ll “grow out of” this board eventually, but I think it will always be a playful board regardless of skill level. Came scuffed up on the bottom and customer service gave me a discount for my next purchase. No regrets!!

The board is beautiful, gender neutral. Can’t wait to rip next season.
