Softer snowboards are easier to press and won’t kick your ass if you make a mistake. Stiffer decks are more stable at speed and super responsive edge-to-edge. Choose your poison.
Maximum volume for surfy vibes in the pow, or a smaller surface area for nimble freestyle performance. This number is calculated with length, width, 3D shape and surface distribution.
What’s this board’s natural home? Full send in the park? Elbows down on the trails? Or chucking roosters somewhere off grid?

Our traditional and time tested two-way weave of fiberglass is light, strong and responsive; keeping the board snappy without adding torsional stiffness.
Our 50-50 paulownia and poplar woods blend for optimal strength to weight properties.
Central Super Tube. Hollow carbon core upgrades that are inserted into the core. The hollow carbon tubes greatly increase the woodcore’s pop and reduce weight.
The type and placement of fiberglass greatly influences a board’s flex and riding characteristics. Boards are built with a layer of fiberglass above and below the woodcore.
Not a basic extruded base. It has the highest molecular content available for an extruded base. That means it’s super slick, durable and maintenance-free.
Triple Base Technology™ is awesome. The lifted sidebase areas at the widest points of the board make a lot of sense. The boards turn smoother and faster and it helps when you are not completely clean on your landings.
SideKick™ dramatically increases the sidebase uplift at the widest points of the nose and tail. This makes turn initiation even smoother, increases float in powder and handling of the board in rough terrain.
SuperTubes™ are hollow carbon core upgrades that are inserted into the core in 3 different configurations. The hollow carbon tubes greatly increase the woodcore’s pop and reduce weight.
We incorporated a flexible composite material into the woodcore along the 3BT™ crease points to dampen vibration at high speed and make your snowboard smoother in all conditions. Think of it as a top of the line suspension system for your snowboard.

This board looks sick (I get tons of complements on all my Bataleon boards, but def this one). This is a super flexible board that makes it easy to get into presses and hold those butters. It does better than you would think in terms of jumps, but it is not made for the XL kickers and high speed carving.
I’m terms of boxes and rails this thing is an absolute beast. I love to get creative on tubes, barrels, and boxes and this board has no limits there. It’s so catch free and will allow an intermediate park rider to really progress those technical jibs.
Would 100% recommend if you looking for a flexible park board for any type of day.
It’s a cool board. Don’t hesitate if you’re trying to be improve your jib game!
Super playful. Noodle AF. Love riding every minute of it.
Now to the cons:
Purchased my 148 wallie February 4th. By March 12th, there was a crack off the edge and running up the nose of the board. It looks like the top sheet cracked and the laminate was pulled up. I love the board but it is pretty brittle and doesn't take much to start destroying it. Top sheets dents easily from lift lines and etc. Bataleon's 2+1 warranty is amazing and is sending me a 2022 disaster this week!
If you aren't throwing down hard and want a cool looking noodle, the wallie is for you. Just don't expect it to be able to take a beating.
Best board i ever use
Love this board!! I’m still a beginner and this board definitely helps me catch less edges.
The flex is perfect!!
