Team Week at
Davos, Switzerland

After a long season of filming and riding around the world, the Bataleon team arrived in Davos with high hopes and even higher energy. To make the most of the conditions, we split into two groups, each chasing different goals for the week.
It was tough watching Ryan and his crew head off into the mountains with powder on their agenda, but the stoke was still high. It was a bluebird day, and I hadn’t shot much park content throughout the season. Jatz Park delivered fast laps and great vibes, with plenty of rail lines for the crew to get creative. The content was stacking up quickly! It was the perfect opportunity to capture all the lifestyle and product shots we needed for the new collection. Later in the afternoon, a man-made quarter session went down, with the team throwing down some solid hits for everyone’s enjoyment. Jakobshorn lived up to its reputation as a freestyle hotspot in Europe, the ideal place to wrap up a busy season with Bataleon.
Meanwhile, while I was shooting in the park, Ryan and a few others explored what Parsenn had to offer on the other side of the valley. After a challenging season of chasing powder across Europe, arriving in Davos to find over 40 cm of fresh snow and sunny skies felt unreal. March 25th turned out to be one of the best powder days of the season! Our time in Davos was a game-changer, helping us capture some of the best footage for the Alps segment of our upcoming team video, Flat Earth. We can’t wait to get back there!
